Privacy Policy

SEI Inc. ("we") operates the family safety service "My Kids 24/7" (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.

1. What we collect and why

We do not collect a child's real name, birth date, or contact details. A child's device is registered only through a pairing code issued by the parent, under the parent's consent and control.

2. Retention

Location history is automatically deleted 90 days after collection.
App usage records are kept up to 90 days.
Account, family, and settings data are deleted without delay upon account or child deletion.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. A child's location is visible only to parents linked in the same family.

5. Your rights

Parents can unlink a child (deleting their records), pause location sharing, or reset the app at any time in-app. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data at the contact below; legal guardians may exercise these rights for their child.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); data access is controlled per-family with row-level security.
Only the child's own device can write its location; parents have read-only access.
Purchase receipts are verified server-side directly with the stores.
